We enjoy having people to stay with us and we are sorry that we have to charge you, but we use quite a lot of the money earned to keep our surroundings pretty. Farming is rather like gardening on a bigger scale.

Payment Methods and Times

A deposit of £30 is required for all bookings.  You can pay this securely by clicking below. Deposits can only be refunded if you cancel your booking more than two weeks before your stay.

If you do not wish to book online, please either send a cheque payable to Mrs M. Edwards or pay through PayPal to stay@coolsfarm.co.uk as following. We don't take cards, only through PayPal.

  • Less than 4 days before stay. - Either pay the TOTAL  through PayPal or pay on arrival.
  • 4 days to 2 weeks before stay. - Either pay HALF through Paypal or by cheque.
  • More than 2 weeks before stay. - Either pay a THIRD through PayPal or by cheque.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel a booking, please tell us as soon as possible. We shall endeavour to relet the room and so no extra charge would be due from you.  If, heaven forbid, you just don't turn up, we shall send you an invoice for the balance.
