Our New Self Catering Accommodation

The Old Piggery has always been a very popular place to stay and, from March 2012, we have the Milking Parlour and the Tractor Shed.  These buildings, close to the farmyard, are redundant for modern farming and we are rebuilding them for holiday accommodation. You will have a true farmstay experience here!

The Milking Parlour has 3 double bedrooms, one with an ensuite wetroom, and a main bathroom. It has a large sitting - dining - and kitchen area with an outlook over our fields and its own private garden. The Tractor Shed has one double bedroom with bathoom, a sitting - dining - kitchen area and can be rented on its own or in conjunction with the Milking Parlour. There are interconnecting double doors from one apartment to the other. Together they offer accommodation for 8 people. Cots can be provided and children and dogs are most welcome.

Milking Parlour being rebuilt

Rental prices for the Milking Parlour are per week from £550 in low season (November to mid March excl. Christmas and New Year); £700 in mid season (mid March to June, mid September to November) and £900 in high season (mid July - early September, Easter and Christmas). Short breaks are available for a minimum of 3 nights.

Prices for theTractor Shed and the Old Piggery vary from £250 in low season to £480 in high season. Short breaks are available for a minimum of 3 nights. If both the Milking Parlour and the Tractor Shed are rented together, there is a 10% reduction on the combined cost during low season.  If 8 of you came, you could have a week's holiday for £100 each in low season, less than £200 in high season. Please contact us if you would like to rent all 3 apartments.

Over the pondThe Milking Parlour is suitable for disabled access. As for the Old Piggery, you can have groceries and fridge items available on your arrival.

PoundsymbolA deposit of £100 is payable on booking.  The balance is due by cheque or bank transfer 6 weeks before your stay.
